My timeline is basically broken up into two major parts. The first part is filming and editing the ‘Choices: The Long Road Home’ video. The second part is creating the online experience where people will be able to view my video, view other videos on the topic of choices, ask questions/talk with professionals in the field. A few of my major benchmarks are filming the B-roll in about a week, hosting the online event on November 30th and then the Capstone Event on December 9th. I built flexibility into my timeline by giving myself a broad period of time for editing the video and also creating the online event. I also plan on having everything finished a week before the November 30th online event. This will allow me time to make any changes if needed; or if something happens to take longer then expected to complete I have a week of flex built into my schedule.
